ABOUT THE FOUNDER

For several years, Mikal Jones has worked in both the public, private and non-profit sectors. With an emphasis in career planning, public speaking, business and entrepreneurship, Mikal has earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Family and Consumer Sciences from Sacramento State University and a Master of Science degree in Business Administration, Leadership from Grand Canyon University.

Having a heart for youth and leadership, Mikal has helped empower and mentor people to dream big. She assisted in establishing an afterschool program with the CrossOver Power Forward team, volunteered in organizations to fight against poverty and raised money to aid the Eat. Learn. Play foundation.

Mikal is family-oriented and is the mother of one daughter, who is currently in high school . Throughout the years, Mikal has worked in state organizations, such as large state agencies, private organizations and staffing companies such as AppleOne. 

The mission of this business is to "bring dreams to reality by empowering people to share their skills and abilities to promote change in their communities and globally."
